Our goal as AVM group is to keep the standards in the highest level and thus increase the limits of efficiency. 

Job Applications 

The people who apply for job advertisements are assessed according to general criteria for meeting the personnel demand of the vacant positions in the AVM group and candidates who are found sufficient are called again for meeting to be evaluated within the determined criteria. 

General properties required in the candidates in addition to the specifications required for the position

  1. A university degree
  2. Having completed military service (for male candidates)
  3. Dynamic, skilled at team work with developed communication skills
  4. To enjoy target-focused working, researching, examining and generating solutions
  5. To know at least one foreign language (preferably German)

Internship Applications 

Students pursuing associate, undergraduate and graduate degree may apply for internships to AVM group of companies. The scope of the internship programs is to show the application of the theoretical knowledge that the students learn at their schools and to make the students adopt the basic rules of working life. 

Intern needs are determined by each year and applications of intern candidates who fulfill the required conditions are accepted. During the internship period the intern candidates who complete their internship in relevant departments are prepared for future by receiving necessary professional experience and education practically. 

The number of the intern candidates is determined each year to purchase according to needs and the intern candidates who fulfill the required conditions are accepted. Our intern policy as the AVM group is to evaluate the interns who have shown the required performance and the success in required fields within the group and to prepare them as potential staff for future following the provision of necessary education to them. 

Interns whose applications accepted in June and July will be assessed in August and their application will be completed in if they have required qualifications. 

Vocational Training Internship (Business and Vocational Schools) 

Trade and Vocational High School students are offered the opportunity of doing an internship in our companies in line with the quota opened as per the Vocational Training Act number 3308 published in the official journal in 19.6.1986
